SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (5-8 days) is determined based on your zip code and location. We do offer priority 2-day shipping but for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@sewprettydesigns.online to confirm that your order can be turned around in a orderly manner.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected.
Haven't received my package?
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and will be processed in a accordance with our return policy. You will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Your store credit will be in the amount of your order total, minus the shipping cost.
DESIGN
Do you offer custom colors?
All colors available will be listed in the description section. In an event that you do not see the color you would like, feel free to email us at info@sewprettydesigns.online and we can discuss if a color is available.
I accidentally misspelled my custom item, what should I do?
If you notice an issue with the details of a custom order please email me at info@sewprettydesigns.online within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.
If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.
What will my custom request look like?
All products are designed to order with the details you provide. Before creating items, you will receive a proof of your item so that you can approve it. Depending on the name and/or style chosen some names will look differently so it's up to you to decide if you like your name in the chosen style.
RETURNS
Given the custom nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase). However, if there is an issue with your order or you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at info@sewprettydesigns.online . It is my hope that each item purchased will become a treasured keepsake - if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right!
